MIAMI (10 September 2007) -- -In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 7 September 2007 Carnival Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased 150,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £22..0131 per share. The highest price paid was £22.20 per share and the lowest price paid was £21.77 per share.
