It’s the only school in Italy to offer specific courses for all culinary professions in specially equipped classroom and laboratories, dealing with young students and established professionals as well. No other school around the globe holds the most world titles in gastronomic disciplines – as of today a total of seventeen. It is also considered an important point of reference and the ideal site for research and development of Made in Italy, thanks to the presence of great maestros and young professionals. The founders of CAST Alimenti include maestro Iginio Massari, Honorary President, and multiyear world champion coach in the pastry and chocolate sector.
