That is why AIDA Cruises is once again launching one of its popular AIDA pur cruises. AIDAbella will set sail from Venice on November 15, 2017, arriving in Dubai on November 28, 2017. Captain Hoppert, who holds a doctorate in engineering, has held a captain's license for over 40 years and has been with AIDA right from the start. Guests will have the opportunity to acquaint themselves personally with Captain Hoppert at numerous events relating to sea travel and navigation, while observing the stars together, or at dinner in the restaurants.
The starry firmament is rarely more beautiful than when seen from the boundless ocean. Nature is also overwhelming beneath the water's surface – as will be shown by astronomy expert Dr. Hartmut Renken and marine biologist Gabi Eidam. During astronomical observations and photo lectures they will captivate their listeners with scientific facts, exciting stories and extraordinary phenomena.
For dancing, this cruise exclusively presents the "Let's Dance" stars, Kathrin Menzinger and Vadim Garbuzov, offering fantastic show dances and lively workshops from the three-time world champions in Latin show dance. Guests will be able to display their newly-acquired skills straight away at the glamorous gala evening.
When it comes to dancing, the incomparable Tatiana Peréz is of course a must as well. With a skillful swing of her hips, she teaches guests her graceful oriental dance in a flash. And this powerfully versatile performer also brings along salsa, dance fitness and yoga.
AIDA top chef Franz Schned produces culinary highlights, throwing in an extra pound of geniality. Known from the ZDF show "Küchenschlacht," he will be transporting guests to the world of TV cookery. Award-winning sommelier Gunnar Tietz will be ensuring that the right wines are served. He will guide guests through the world of wines, bouquets and aromas and, as the flavor ambassador with Otto Gourmet, will be familiarizing guests with the subject of meat at the Perfect Meat Academy's exciting workshops.
There is even more great entertainment in store with activities such as photo workshops, exquisite wellness treatments, and more than 30 fitness courses, and guests will be enthralled by shows such as "Dancing Queen" or the exclusive shows "Dreams" and "Bellagio." At "The Voice of the Ocean" guests with a talent for singing will even be the stars of the evening themselves.
