The Italian company garners the important “Top Employers Italia 2016” certification, ranking it among Italy’s best companies thanks to its excellent HR management standards.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
Genoa, 25 February 2016 – Costa Cruises, for the third year in a row, is among the best Italian companies in terms of employee work conditions, achieving the prestigious “Top Employers 2016” certification from the Top Employers Institute.
The Top Employers certification is assigned every year based on a thorough analysis carried out by the Top Employers Institute, the end result of the institute’s proven international experience as well as its critical and independent methodology. Nine macro areas have been identified in the certification process to evaluate company human resource quality levels: talent management, planning, on-boarding of new employees, performance management, career opportunities, company culture, learning and development, compensation and benefits in addition to leadership development.
Only the companies that pass all certification process steps and that meet the severe compulsory standards are authorised to use the title and the Top Employers certification trademark, for a period of one year.
